Therefore, in this study, the demand motivation was used as the self-variable item, and the job satisfaction was based on the variable item. This study explored the relationship between satisfaction of employee demand motivation and satisfaction.
This study uses questionnaires and descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to do analysis, and then use SPSS for statistical analysis, and test whether the relevant hypothesis results are established.
