Methods: 11 male college students (average age 21.2±2.3 years old, average height 171.8±4.6 cm, average weight 66.3±8.9 kg).Implemented by inertial measurement unit and two way ANOVA(α=.05), three different motion patterns (squat, bench press, deadlift) and the discrepancy between acceleration, angular velocity and combined speed under two different motion speeds (70 and 100 BPM)were evaluated. Results: Only under three different motion patterns the maximum acceleration of Y-axis, YZ-axis, and XYZ-axis was significantly different whereas two different motion speeds(70 and 100 BPM) and the other axial directions did not reach the criteria of significant difference. Conclusion: Through single axial (Y-axial), the Y-axial signal of the accelerator was able to evaluate the characteristics of different motion patterns and speeds . However, the gyroscope signal cannot be taken as a basis for identifying weight training motion Chen, Jia-Siang Su, Huey-Fen 陳家祥 蘇蕙芬 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW |
