It has also become imperative that enterprise resource planning. Especially for manufacturing industries, there is countless information in each element that needs to be catalogued, tracked and managed during production. If management information systems are not introduced, it would cause a great deal of problems and inconvenience in process management.
Therefore, the introduction of business management information systems enables smooth business operation. However, it requires the full cooperation and support of staff to be completely set in motion.
This research focuses on ‘service quality’ in the investigation of the expectations and perception of the staff in information management - specifically their feedback on the introduction of SAP ERP systems in five dimensions: tangibility, reliability, response, assurance and empathy - to further shed light on the factors affecting the service quality of the staff in SAP ERP information management. The findings in this research can provide the basis.
