Traditional teaching has always been a model granted by students, but its content is more boring. With mobile devices, the rise of learning and the addition of action elements are gradually accepted by people. Compared with before, the digital learning is livelier, and not limited by time and place. Learners can learn at any time according to their own needs. In order to make the national army quality better, the Ministry of National Defense opened its smart phone in 2015. For military schools, the learning style is no longer just through books, but also through mobile devices. Therefore, this study is based on the self-efficacy and technology acceptance model, and takes an Air Force school student as the research object to explore the learning satisfaction that students can achieve through mobile device learning with self-efficacy and technology acceptance model. This study used the questionnaire survey method, and then used SPSS 20 and AMOS 21 statistical software to collect and analyze the recovery questionnaire, verified the hypotheses, reliability and validity analysis. The results show that in the learning satisfaction of military students, alternative experience, words and persuasion, emotional stimulation will affect the self-efficacy of military students, and cognitive usefulness and ease of use will affect their attitudes, while self-efficacy and attitude will eventually affect military school students learn satisfaction.
