Therefore, how to exercise efficiently when we don’t have much time is an important issue. Most research of evaluation of exercise are depend on heart rate or oxygen consumption. But, not all of the exercise circumstances can use heart rate or oxygen consumption to evaluate their body condition. For example, weight training in the gym is not continuous. So, it’s hard to use heart rate or oxygen consumption to evaluate this kind of situation. Due to this kind of circumstances, this research is going to do one of the weight training motion, bench press, and evaluate it with rating of perceived exertion. At the same time, we collect the data of brainwaves. And then, analyze whether rating of perceived exertion is related to the brainwaves during weight training. The result of this research shows that the change of attention and meditation in brainwaves will become smaller when people do the exercise much longer It represent that brainwaves will become more and more stable when people’s body feel more intensity.
