This study uses secondary data analysis. By Collecting CE informations being approved by NUSW and conducted by CE providers in 2015, this study obtain 3,646 valid samples to find out the match ratio of the provider, the location, the time, the target of enrollment and the source of funding. In addition, this study uses single factor analysis of variation (ANOVA) to understand whether the average number of points per course has a significant difference on the CE credit points. The results of the study: (1) The providers have a higher proportion to submit applications of CE credit points after the course being conducted; (2) The different types of CE providers, the location, target of enrollment and the sources of funding affect the types and CE credit points; (3) The sources of funding related to the distribution of time, and nearly half of the courses are conducted in August-November; (4) The main location is in six special-municipalities, especially in Taipei City. In the future, the diversity of continuing education courses and the fairness of opportunities should be improved. Through individualized CE programs to enhance the link between professional ability and practice. Jang, Li-ju 張麗珠 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 149 zh-TW |
