碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 106 === Due to meager profit, difficulty of industrial transformation, and high labor-demending, Traditional indutry have to take low-paying policy, piece rate pay or the trial period to determine the pay whether the new employee'sactual performance matches the requirements of the company. It became waste of time and cost of idleness for both workers and the employer, ending up in lose-lose situation.Our research is to use 360° virtual reality camera to construct a virtual factory for workers who can experience the environment of the factory before starting to work or provide the method for the employees who want to preview the work area, change department, understand further job contents , or make up for the shortage of ability in advance.
