This article uses DMAIC as a factory problem analysis method and a combination of Why-Why analysis to find the factors of issue and countermeasure development, and then use the improved version of FMEA to develop priority management measures to ensure that the development of countermeasures will be sustained and effective. After discussion in this study, we successfully reduced the rejection rate from 0.82% to 0.25% and estimated that the annual average loss could be reduced from 9 million NTD to 2 million NTD.
