Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 商業自動化與管理學系碩士班 === 106 ===   This study mainly focused on the factories of three different types of industries such as tourism wineries, craft museums, and cosmetic factories. The main purpose of this study is to explore the components of the service quality of tourism factories and to verify that the quality of service factors of tourist factories affect customers' visits relationship. This study used the method of grey correlation analysis. According to the results and analysis, the “craft museums” was the most prominent, and it became the most visited place for tourists. The most popular factor for tourists and visitors is "Organize local festivals to stimulate popularity." Therefore, this study hopes to provide a reference for future business operations and improvement plans for factors affecting customer service quality, thereby improving the best service quality, so as to enhance the performance of the tourism factory and to achieve sustainable development.
