Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 107 === The study investigates the effects of an exercise and game program on the gross motor quality of preschooler. The quasi-experimental design apply to 39 kindergarten children in Kaohsiung. Randomized-groups design is used to divide children in 3 groups. There are exercise and game program group, the outdoor playground free play group and indoor rhythmic body movement group. Exercise and game program group will be implemented for 30 minutes during the class, four times a weeks, lasting for 6 weeks. Use the Preschooler Gross Motor Quality Scale(PGMQS) by pre/post testing. The quantitative data was mixed design two-way ANOVA to analyze and test the difference and interaction within factors. If the effects reached a significant level, a simple main effects would be conducted. Statistical significance was set at α=.05. Findings are included in the following:
1.The effects of an exercise and game program on the locomotor movement skills of preschooler: between group comparison has no significant difference; within group comparison has significant difference.
2.The effects of an exercise and game program on the manipulation movement skills of Preschooler: between group comparison has significant difference; within group comparison has significant difference.
3. The effects of an exercise and game program on the stability movement skills of preschooler: between group comparison has no significant difference; within group comparison has significant difference.
4. The effects of an exercise and game program on the gross movement skills of preschooler: between group comparison has no significantly difference; within group comparison have significantly difference.
Conclusion: As for preschooler, the exercise and game program has the potential to improve the locomotor movement skills, stability movement skills and gross movement skills; the implementation of the exercise and game program is an manipulation movement skills that can help preschooler.
