There are the first kind of Stirling number and the second kind of Stirling number. This article mainly introduces the recurrence of the first kind of Stirling number and its two kinds of combinational significance: cyclic permutation, increasing forests. And the recursion of the second kind of Stirling number and its two kinds of combinational significance: grouping. The recurrence between the first kind of Stirling number and the second kind of Stirling number in the difference sequence and polynomials is also discussed.
