It can show the comprehensive results of Chinese learning. The subject of this study was the third grade students from primary school. According to text-based reading, guide-writing teaching, creative thinking strategiesand the stylistic types of the texts from textbook to design 10 writing units in the first and second semesters. The researcher instrcted students to practice how to write punctuation, narration, poetry, practical writing and descriptive writing. Taking the examples from the textbook, students could write their personal life experiences to enhance their writing interests, motivations and abilities.   Text is a good tool to guide students starting to write. This study tried to find out the writing effectiveness and difficulties of using text-based writing and reading-writing combination in the 3rd grader students.   24 students of grade three were the subject in this study. Kang –Syuan textbook of grade three was used as the material in this study. The design of guiding writng included textual elements, text sentence patterns, rhetorics of text, punctuations, text imitations and text revising. The results were as follows: 1. Teaching guiding writing through the text could enhance students’ writing interests and motivations. 2. Teaching guiding writing through the text could enhance students’ reading. 3. Teaching guiding writing through the text could ehnance students’ writing. 4. Through the process of teaching guiding writing from the text to find out the difficulties and solutions.
