Taking cases from elementary school remedial teachers of Kaohsiung City to understand Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, and User Satisfaction of the PRIORI-tbt website, to discuss whether there are significant differences on Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality among different user backgrounds, and to verify whether Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality effect User Satisfaction positively. The survey was conducted on cluster sampling from questionnaires. A total of 78 elementary school surveys were collected, and 314 valid questionnaires were obtained. Based on the statistical analysis results, the following conclusions were obtained:   1. Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, and User Satisfaction of the PRIORI-tbt website reached the upper-middle level of recognition.   2. Information Quality of the PRIORI-tbt website to elementary school remedial teachers of Kaohsiung City have significant differences due to different gender and teaching seniority.   3. System Quality of the PRIORI-tbt website to elementary school remedial teachers of Kaohsiung City have significant differences due to different teaching seniority.   4. Service Quality of the PRIORI-tbt website to elementary school remedial teachers of Kaohsiung City have significant differences due to different teaching seniority.   5.
