Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 國際貿易學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of secondary employment faced by professional military personnel after retiring from military service. Through relevant literature and questionnaire surveys, the analysis is conducted on the interrelationships between transfer education, organizational factors, and career transitions. The project explores the differences in transitional education and organizational factors to career transitions, and uses SPSS statistical software analysis to explore the relationship between the current situation and its related degree and causality, and finally attempts to verify the impact of these factors.
In this study, a questionnaire survey method was used. The officers of the basic unit of the Chinese military were the subjects of the study, and a “Study Questionnaire on the Relationship between Vocational Servicemen for Transferring Education, Organizational Factors, and Career Changes” was compiled. A total of 100 grassroots military personnel were selected for the survey. Samples and collected data were analyzed and processed by statistical methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and the following conclusions were obtained:
First, the transfer of education to grassroots personnel of the Chinese military has a positive and significant impact on career transformation.
Second, the organizational factors of the grassroots personnel of the Chinese military have a positive and significant impact on the education of transfer.
Third, job transfer education will influence the transformation of individual careers significantly and positively through the mediating effects of organizational factors.
