The purpose of this study is to re-use historic sites, by re-maintenance, repair, activation, the ancient monuments original history, for adaptive reuse space, create a unique cultural style, at the same time can also reflect the architectural style and vocabulary.
To "tourism development" as a marketing slogan, with local characteristics, by means of literature research and qualitative research methods of interviewing, view the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external environment, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis and local marketing 5Ps portfolio strategy, identify the vision, market positioning, the crux of the problem with the appropriate marketing strategy program. The findings, for future researchers for reference.
The conclusions are as follows:
First. Creative reuse thinking mode, make good use of its own unique space qualities,
spread the spirit of the field vision.
Second. Local resources integration and series, reuse space multiple thinking,
consensus.
Third. Specific local marketing strategy, establish the overall image of the Kaoping
River Left bank old bridge.
Fourth. The professional overall planning and management, create a better operating
mechanism.
