Most of the agricultural lands are deserted for many years. To improve rural living conditions, Promote sustainable development and bring young population back to work. The Legislative Yuan officially read the Rural Renewal Ordinance proposed by the Agriculture Commission of the Executive Yuan of the Executive Yuan in 2010 to encourage the community to participate in the rural regeneration program. Residents should discuss community needs autonomously and cooperate with government policies Improve the quality of life and employment opportunities. Taichung City, Heping District Songhe community rural regeneration project has entered its sixth year, the study focuses on Taiwan's rural regeneration program in the implementation of the effectiveness of the community, and assess the current community life quality satisfaction and community involvement Sex. Through the questionnaire data collection, empirical analysis and discussion, research hypothesis testing, with the results obtained in this study, the rural regeneration program or community to create work related recommendations. In this study, 250 questionnaires were sent out in Songhe Department, Heping District, Taichung City, 242 questionnaires were collected and 235 valid questionnaires were collected. In this paper, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance and Pearson plot correlation and other statistical methods were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the satisfaction of living quality between residents 'community roles and their participation in community reengineering experience. Different community residents' roles and participation in community reengineering experience had significant differences in community participation, and community life quality satisfaction Moderately related to community participation. Finally, this study put forward the effectiveness and reflection of the implementation of rural regeneration, and put forward relevant suggestions for the implementation of the policy, acceptance and supervision of results, and proposed for the future development of the community "for all kinds of community welfare and resources, to improve comironment and increase community public Resources and Nurturing Community Human Resources "and other suggestions. Looking forward to rural regeneration and community rebuilding, we can comprehensively improve the quality of community life, increase the participation of community residents and increase the efficiency of policy implementation so that Taiwan's rural areas can be reshuffled.
