(Taiwan). On the other hand, one in seven people will start their own business. Based on amendments to the Labor Standards Act in 2017 about “five-day workweek law” and “annual leave” make the handler to consider the ways to keep the professional skill works and increate the labors’ satisfaction. The purpose of a total of three: First of all, what kind of main motivations to keep automobile professional repairman to work? Secondly, what the government made some amendments to Labor Standards Act affect the working motivations of automobile professional repairman? Thirdly, how to assist automobile professional repairman in facing challenges? In this study, six automobile industries and six professional repairmen were selected as research subjects from the south of Taiwan, such as Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The interview was collected by the researchers. Summarize and summarize the results of each interviewee.
