The purpose of a total of three: First of all, what kind of main motivations to keep automobile professional repairman to work? Secondly, what the government made some amendments to Labor Standards Act affect the working motivations of automobile professional repairman? Thirdly, how to assist automobile professional repairman in facing challenges?
In this study, six automobile industries and six professional repairmen were selected as research subjects from the south of Taiwan, such as Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The interview was collected by the researchers. Summarize and summarize the results of each interviewee.
