| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 106 === As knowledge-based economy coming, knowledge management plays an important role in all enterprises. Therefore, this research adds classification of industry (service and manufacturing) and size of corporation to modify evaluation mechanism of knowledge management, proposed from Hsieh, P.J., Binshan, Lin and C.H. Lin(2009), to design the exclusive mechanism by factors analysis and discussion with experts. There are 94 questionnaires with 100% effective response rate in this research including 18% of medium- and small-sized service industry, 33% of large-sized service industry, 15% medium- and small-sized manufacturing industry and 34% of large-sized manufacturing industry. The renewal mechanism is tested in integration service of knowledge management in industrial development bureau, ministry economic affairs, by China productivity center. Thus, every enterprise or organization can test it by industry classification and size themselves so that with output tables, they will understand what are their pros and cons and improve their programs to enhance their competition.
