Due to economic changes and lower birth rates, employment counselors face more and more challenges, not only government policies but also daily working problems, such as unemployed emotional problems, manufacturers' lack of worker and communication problems with colleagues etc. Employment Counselors are not public servants. Their salary, welfare, promotion are not as good as public servants. In the pressure of job and uncertainty right of work, the study to research the job stress, leisure activities and job satisfaction of employment counselors, the case of Public Employment Service Center in Kaohsiung. This case study focuses on employment counselors of Public Employment Service Center in Kaohsiung for research. A total 184 purposive sampling questionnaires were conducted and 181 effective ones were retrieved (96.8% effective response rate). The research by through descriptive statistics, ANOVA,T-test, Pearson correlation. The results are summarized as follows. (1) Different gender, age and seniority for work stress has significant difference. (2) Different age and education level for leisure activities has significant difference. (3) Different gender for job satisfaction has significant difference. (4) Work stress and job satisfaction were related negative.
