Universities generally invest a lot of resources to build LMS, hoping to provide students with a good e-learning environment, but there are still many in practice. Students have a low level of use of LMS. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting college students' acceptance of LMS and conduct empirical research in order to provide a reference for managing e-learning. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study analyzes the relevant influencing factors from the functional aspects and teaching aspects of LMS, and proposes the research hypotheses of empirical research. According to the research hypothesis, this study collected valid questionnaires from 235 college students who had used LMS experience. The analysis showed that college students' willingness to use LMS was significantly affected by PU and PE, and affected college students' perception of PU by LMS. Factors include CI, IDF, IDE, SI, TR and SIA, and PE factors include IDF, SI, and SIA. Based on the results of the study, this study proposes a reference for improving the use of LMS.
