Suffering from Kidney and Bladder Cancer, Kidney Cancer Patients Self-narrative
Abstract
This study is the self-narrative research method of the author's qualitative research, and studies and narrates that he suffers from end-stage renal failure receiving hemodialysis treatment in the first person and has bladder cancer in the second year after dialysis and relapses after many years. And transferred to the kidney, in the doctor's strong recommendation to live must be on both sides of the kidney, ureter, bladder, prostate, and part of the removal of the seminal vesicle, and just lost the body's important urinary organs and part of the reproductive organs, the researchers on Survival's courage, meaning of life and sense of life value are discussed and studied.
This study describes in a self-narrating manner the course of illness, work, and physical and psychological suffering since the examination of the kidneys in 1997 and the problems that began in 2017. It is because many deaths are caused by death. Unfamiliar but not knowing how to prepare for the embarrassing feelings, and still able to overcome the physical pain and psychological obstacles at the end of the risk of extremely high mortality of kidney disease admitted to the Life Education Institute of the Normal University in attendance, perhaps There are more important missions entrusted to me in Heaven, and I have to study hard to help more people!
The author's greatest hope for this study is 1. Through research, let yourself find the true meaning and value of life. 2. Explore the powerful self-healing function of self-narration or “self-narrative”. 3 Explore the in-depth literature to understand the sequelae or complications of hemodialysis and find ways to reduce these sequelae and complications. 4. Scientific evidence and literature support make diet a powerful adjuvant therapy for cancer patients. 5. The occurrence of illness is not caused by a single factor. It must have a close relationship with life habits, dietary habits, mentality, and personality. Only through the transformation of life, it can changed the life from negative energy to positive energy.
