Subjects were 500 staffs of Taiwan Water Corporation. 360 valid questionnaires were retrieved and collected. The effective response rate of the questionnaire was 72.00%. The research scales of this study are "Spiritual Health Scale" and "Life Education Requirement Scale". The researcher analyzed the data by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product correlation. The conclusions of this case study are as follows: 1.The mean score of the staff’s spiritual health was at the upper-intermediate level; “connection with others” was the highest among the scale scores. 2.The mean score of the staff’s needs for life education was at the intermediate level; "integrity of personality and spiritual development" was the highest level of needs. 3.The staff who scored high on the spiritual health scale were female, over 50 years of age, married and living with their spouses, working for more than 31 years, and working as a supervisor. They had participated in life education activities and heard the term of life education. 4.The staff who reported more needs for life education were female, engaged in administrative work, and individuals without chronic diseases. Their family members have one or more chronic conditions and care needs. They had participated in life education activities and heard the term of life education. 5.There was a positive correlation between spiritual health and needs for life education in terms of wholeness levels. Based on the research results, the researcher proposes some advice for Taiwan Water Company, staff and future studies. CHANG, SU-MEI 張淑美 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 180 zh-TW
