Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 107 === This study examines the impacts of organizational embeddedness and job embeddedness on in-active-service soldiers’ retaining intention of Republic of China Marine Corps. Data for the study come from four hundred forty-eight participants. Results indicated that both organizational and job embeddedness were positive related to retention. The sub-dimensions analysis showed that organizational fit and organizational sacrifice were significantly enhanced retention, but organizational link was not. Job fit and job sacrifice were also significantly induced retention, but job link was not. We close by offering implications for research and practice.
