The experimental control factors are the abutment of the artificial tooth root taper angle, screw pitch, screw depth and the diameter of the body. With uniform test data of equivalent effective stress through the Kriging interpolation method to establish a mathematical model, and finally find the uniform design of the artificial tooth root through the gene algorithm. In this experiment, the maximal equivalent stress of the optimized artificial tooth root is 408.96 MPa, and the improvement rate is 12.3%; the minimum fatigue safety factor is1.7728, and the improvement rate is 14.04%.
