However, the CNC tools equipment need to be matched with the tools and auxiliary materials for machining. We can see the flourishing for tools and auxiliary materials. Therefore, the inventory management of the tools and auxiliary materials have been the very important of the enterprise. Good inventory management can allow the enterprise to apply the funds flexibly, reduce operating costs, lower the risk of supply shortages. On the contrary, without a good management, the inventory and the relative operating costs will be increased. Therefore, Ordering and inventory exists a close relationship between the two, the order quantity has become a troublesome issue for many enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to build an efficient of ordering points. This research is mainly to a certain pneumatic component manufacturing company for the research and analysis of the object,and for discuss the ordering of the tools and auxiliary materials. The tools and auxiliary materials ordering is based on updated information every six months of regular quantitative ordering at present stage. However, the updated information is the number of recipients for each six months. After the average month , the tools and auxiliary materials reset the monthly consumption, safety stock, safety coefficient, the proposed order quantity, and order coefficient. However, the regular and quantitative ordering is not suitable for every tools and auxiliary materialsls. Therefore, for the characteristics of each tools and auxiliary materials to explore the EOQ, POQ and PPB of each theory and related restrictions, then they also supplemented by data mining technology to do classification. To explore the out-of-stock tools and auxiliary materials can find out from the three kinds of ordering the most suitable for each order.
