Use with the application of SCADA technology and based on various kinds of industries scale, it can be not only used on CNC lathe and of processing and manufacturing industry but also used on elevator control of office building and residential building. Besides, PLC is benefited for its automatic facility control, for example, semiconductor foundry processing machine controller. Therefore, when it comes to automatic facility, it is the best choice to cooperate with PLC controller, Not just large enterprise or SMEs is depended on SCADA in order to complete the automatic control.
Only industrial automation can be the spirit of the PLC. Large systems are built with several small systems. To promote industrial automation facilities become supplier and combine the PLC of its development, it is necessary to value PLC application on companies. Then, there are many PLC companies, and it divides into different regions. For example, Schneider and Siemens are from Europe. General Electric GE and Rockwell are from the United States. As for Japanese company are Mitsubishi and Omron. DELTA and Shihlin Electric are from Taiwan. Above of them are from different countries, but operating function are just a little different. In conclusion, it is good to use IOT in industries automatic to promote control automatic into control intelligence. Changing and expanding SCADA intelligent service can become the method of solving problems in the next Industrial Revolution times.
