Despite it cost much to build system in initial and took longer time to transfer from the original process to the new process, how much benefit it will brings for companies is more than how much companies cost. Also it can make companies better on goods control, so that the cost of losing goods will decrease gradually. As developing of e-commerce platform, requests of service quality and process-transparent from consumers and quality control of ‘logistics and warehousing management from retailers are getting higher. Retailers must import an electronic logistics and warehousing management system to maintain their standing in the retail industry. This study will explore the problem of original processes of DUSKIN in Taiwan, and observe the change of processes after importing an electronic logistics and warehousing management system, include the following: 1. The difference of cost after changing process. 2. The benefit of DUSKIN in Taiwan after importing the logistics and warehousing management system. 3.
