Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系消防與防災工程碩士在職專班 === 106 === In response to the gas explosion of the propylene pipeline in Kaohsiung City, tankers are currently used instead of pipelines for transportation. Quantitative risk analysis was conducted in this study using the accident rate of the special tanker for the transportation of propylene. After detailed assessment of operational strategies, the number of shipments was adjusted. The evaluation method used in this study is Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and referred to the same as the densely populated Hong Kong risk standard as a reference criterion. The study also establishes risk data and provides reference materials for decision makers. The results obtained can also be used as a tool for communicating environmental risks with the outside world. This article carries out a quantitative risk assessment of the safety of propylene transportation for transport vehicles. The tool used is the PHAST-RISK analysis software developed by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). In addition, this study also refers to the Guideline for quantitative risk assessment of TNO in Netherlands, the guideline for risk analysis of chemical transport in the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and the chemistry published by AIChE. Methodology in the process of quantifying risk analysis for process evaluation. The results are compared with the established fixed facility assessment criteria as a representative risk for the segment. The results are shown by the individual risk contour map and the social risk curve F-N curve and provide a reference for environmental risk decision makers.
