| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系消防與防災工程碩士在職專班 === 106 === This work is to study the safety culture of a Photovoltaic Company.The questionnaire consistes of 80 question in 15 dimensions. A total of 340 valid questionnaires were returned and formed the basis of Analyses.
The results showed that the average score of all 15 areas is 76.29% on a 100% scale. ANOVA results indicated that there were statistically significant difference among divisions, years of employment age, job responsibility, gender.
The norm of safety culture were also established.
This study recommended that the safety system, safety principle and health activities should be strengthened to improve the safety consciousness and to crente a safer and healthier working environment.
