If the underwriting process is not so rigorous, then there may exist the adverse selection problem. On the contrary, if the contract fails by the underwriting process, this results will affect business staff performance and the reducing the commission income of insurance agents. Therefore, it cannot expect the outcomes whether the underwriting officer decides to underwrite due to the conflicting marketing policies between underwriting and business personnel. Both the underwriting and business personnel are two important sectors for the development of insurance companies. If the relationship between the two parties is out of balance, it is bound to affect the normal development of the company's business.
Our empirical results show, the "Cognitive Aspect of Trust Level" has a significant impact factor: "Sex". The variables that have significant differences in “Cognitive Aspects of Key Norms” are gender, seniority, rank, number of managers, personal annual income, organization type of insurance company, and average monthly number of underwritings. A significant impact factor in "professional reliability level" is the type of organization of the insurance company. The significant impact factors in the “level of efficiency of trust” are age, current marital status, seniority of service and personal annual income. The significant impact factors in the “standard reliability level” are gender, seniority, grade, number of managers, organization type of insurance company, and average number of underwritings per month.
