Data was analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0. The findings indicate that this study verify environmental knowledge and intrinsic motivation are important additional factors which influence attitude toward recycling in TRA no matter in which country. And attitude and subjective norm have the significant impacts on recycling intention. This study also incorporated the social media usage to explore the moderating effect between environmental knowledge and intrinsic motivation and between environmental knowledge and attitude toward recycling. The result shows that the environmental knowledge obtained through social media can positively strengthen the intrinsic motivation and attitude toward recycling. At last, we offering the further recommendations for future research.
