Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理系電子商務碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, Augmented Reality (AR) has become a popular keyword for search engines, attracting the attention of global manufacturers, technology media, and consumers. In addition to AR for audio and video entertainment, education and medical care, e-commerce will also become one of the key developments. Currently, most e-commerce platforms only provide customers with a simple 2D image and text-based interface or use Flash animations to present products. However, consumers want to be able to further understand the products during the online shopping process and make it easier to compare similar materials, color and other factors. Therefore, AR combines e-commerce to improve the user's shopping experience. However, AR e-commerce has not yet been popularized and there is no reference to the design criteria. Therefore, how to plan the design interface and interaction through the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) is particularly important. This study will focus on the characteristics of AR and mobile e-commerce, conduct UI and UX interactive research between users and designers to generate design principles and concepts. Therefore, this study will use the modified SEM-CPU to design the experiment and understand the user’s thoughts through the brainwave instrument, the sound-resolving thinking method, the user interaction satisfaction questionnaire (QUIS) and the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Later, through the focus group approach, experts/researchers were able to understand the relevant views of AR, and further understand the two levels of a user interface and user experience. Further understanding of the user interface and user experience at both levels of the idea, to sum up, and integrate the data to construct "user interface and experience developing design criteria for augmented reality". Finally, use the Delphi method to verify and evaluate the appropriateness and completeness of the design criteria. Therefore, through the analysis and verification, this study proposes a user interface and experience developing design criteria for the six major facets and thirty-three factors for augmented reality. Such as six aspects of the operation, overall feeling, system, object presentation, interface design and teaching. In the future, the e-commerce platform for future development combined with the AR technology development and design system interface, through the research results to understand, select the design mode, to shorten the system planning time and make the user experience better, in line with user needs interface design. The research results can also serve as the foundation and reference for future research, and allow the academic community to better understand the development and design criteria of AR's user interface and experience in mobile e-commerce.
