Most previous researches focused on interpersonal relationship but seldom mention the impact of interpersonal stress on job performance and the influence of personality on interpersonal stress. The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between fresh graduates’ interpersonal stress, personality, and job performance, in order to provide useful information to fresh graduate and enterprise to elevate the job performance. The research tools included the Interpersonal Stress Scale, Big-Five Personality Test, and Job Performance Checklists. The research used convenience sampling and the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) method to analyze the correlation between interpersonal stress, personality, and job performance. A total of 441 questionnaires were issued to participants and received from 351 effective participants. The results showed that extroversive and agreeable personality has a positive effect on job performance, and negative effect on interpersonal stress which suggests that enterprises should recruit more extroversive and agreeable people to improve enterprise performance. Interpersonal stress has a negative effect on job performance which suggests that enterprises should set up mechanisms to prevent and handle interpersonal conflicts.
