In section 1, The oscillator is designed by the technique which utilizes readily available device and circuit S parameters to predict oscillation conditions and stability analysis of a negative resistance transistor oscillator. In section 2,power divider equal power and power combine the circuit characteristics of the power amplifier to complete the design, which will analyze the linearity of the architecture and compared. In section 3,design a dipole antenna. In addition, the system is measured and analyzed with circuits assembled.In thesis presents show that the linearity of the amplifier in the parallel architecture is relatively good. The test results show that without antenna the output gain is 13.2 dBm and measured at one meter distance the output gain is -33 dBm.
