Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 106 === This study aims to explore the continuous use intentions of the audiovisual platforms “IQIYI” and “Vidol” users, and based on “theory of experience value” as the theoretical basis of the study, supplemented by “Quality Characteristics” and through the past on the audiovisual platform. The relevant literature on quality characteristics and experience value summarizes the relevant factors that influence the user's intention of continuous use between the two audiovisual platforms. This study extends the relevant construction of the experience value theory and quality characteristics as a preliminary application of this theory in the context of audio-visual platforms.
In this study, SmartPLS 3.0 software was used for statistical analysis. In this study, 421 copies of "IQIYI" and 310 copies of "Vidol" were valid questionnaires. The results confirmed that most of the hypotheses tend to support the original study. This study has the following findings: (1) The "Quality Characteristics (Information Quality, System Quality)" of "IQI" and "Vidol" have a positive and significant impact on the user's "experience value";(2) The "experiential value (consumer investment compensation, excellent service, aesthetic feeling, and interest) of "IQI" and "Vidol" have a positive and significant impact on the user's "user attitude";(3) The "user attitude" of "iQiyi" and "Vidol" has a positive and significant impact on the user's "user satisfaction"; (4) "IQiyi"'s "use attitude" is positive to the use of The " continued use intentions" has a positive and significant effect; (5) "User satisfaction" of "IQIYI" and "Vidol" has a positive and significant impact on users' "user loyalty"; (6) The "user loyalty" of "IQI" and "Vidol" has a positive impact on the user's "continued use intention" (7) "User satisfaction" of "IQIYI" and "Vidol" Conspicuous positive impact on users' "continued use intentions"
