Because of massive marine transportations, the oil-spill incidents occur frequently. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to establish an oil-pollution prediction model (OILmap WEB) developed by Applied Science Associates (ASA) for oil pollution response. We demonstrated two oil spill cases including the TS-Taipei container accident in the Shimen district of New Taipei city and the Sanchi oil tanker accident in the East China Sea, respectively. The simulated results are well compared with the field observations and SPOT-6 satellite image. Finally, response material suggestions are also provided by the response module in OILmap WEB. Conclusively, OILmap WEB is a reliable numerical tool to provide emergent response suggestions for oil-spill accidents in Taiwan. WANG SHU-LUN 王樹倫 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
