博士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 觀光研究所 === 106 === This study focuses on the unique information system constructed by Spring Airlines. The system provides aviation service personnel, spring and autumn travel service personnel, and passengers using the Spring and Autumn Airlines system as objects, and analyzes the benefits of this cross-industry information platform integration. The purpose of this study is to explore how airlines can gain competitive advantage through IT integration processes and users' behaviors for airlines' continuous use of APPs. The first part of the study is based on the theory of resource dependence, institutional theory and literature review, and discusses how the interaction between information personnel and science and technology affects the operational efficiency of airlines and how airlines use information technology from the perspective of airline information personnel. Integration process takes advantage of the competition. The statistical analysis found that the assumptions in this study were all established. The second part of the research proposes this research framework based on the theoretical basis for use and satisfaction and literature review. It mainly discusses why the motivation of passengers to actively use airline APPs and the quality, ubiquitousness, and technical impact of website design in APPs, and how to satisfy the intimacy of travelers. , and further increase the degree of confirmation and choose to continue using the APP. After statistical analysis, it was found that the assumptions of this study were all established.
