Therefore, focus enhancement is no more an issue related only to school-age children. For adults in any field, good concentration can boost creativity and efficiency at work and therefore is one of the most important elements to success. With the advancement of science and technology, music has spread all around the world. Now, people do not listen to the music only by their ears: besides traditional in-ear and external headphones, bone-conduction headphones are emerging tech product in recent years. By conduction through the bones of the skull to the cochlea, bone-conduction headphone allows users to hear the sound in a more direct way. Moreover, it improves sound transmission, achieves good resonance and simultaneously enhances users’ concentration capacity. In addition, since modern people with a busy lifestyle always pursue efficiency, fixed or regular programs or courses may reduce their motivation and willingness to participate. If users can enhance their focus and concentration at home in a simple and timesaving way, their desire and willingness to participate in related programs is bound to increase. At present, many methods and studies have been proposed to improve focus. However, most of them aimed at young or pre-school children, and only few studies focused on adults. Therefore, the objects in the study range from 15 to 24-year-old, from 25 to 44-year-old, and from 45 to 64-year-old. The impact of ages on focus before, during and after the experiment are discussed and analyzed. In our experiment, experiment objects listen to Mozart's high-frequency Piano Sonata in D by bone-conduction headphones. Without any invasive and unnecessary devices, Circular breathing and Craniosacral activity are the external stimulus variables in the experiment. Through the EEG result, it was found that the Craniosacral activity has an effect on the participants' concentration performance. After listening to the music, the duration of participants' focus performance was extended. This study also found that there is a significantly larger changes in the EEG in youth group compare to the other two groups, and among the various types of electroencephalogram, the youth group has more dramatic changes in the EEG.
