Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 人文及管理學院高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study aims to explore the types and services of existing welfare institutions for the elderly, collecting the consumption needs of healthy elder and the lifestyle of expectation, provide a new business model. In the study, using the in-depth interview method, and applying by Ground Theory to analysis to construct the result.
As a result show that the existing welfare institutions for the elderly and the long-term welfare law regulations formulated by the government are mostly for the elderly who need care, the cost of health village is too high, general income family can’t afford. For the health elder, they expect a different institution that could provide a space, emotional connection and learning and activities which they needs. This study nine dimensions of the business model for elderly LOHAS institution. The consumers including retired group and middle-class middle-aged consumers who can afford their parents, providing their own institutions and appear the image of healthy and learning for elderly. Through building facilities and professional staff, courses planning, website, free course and activities attracting consumers. Customer Relationship will by phone interview and events invitation. Promotion methods are have words of mouth, app community, activities, traditional marketing, bandwagon effect and recommendation with a credible unit. Key Partners will be hospital, performance group and transportation company.
