Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 人文及管理學院高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === The thesis research purpose of this study is to explorethe relationships among work loading, job stress, health.We propose six main hypotheses by reviewing preview literatures. In the first hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between work loading and job Stress. In the second hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between job stress and health. In the third hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between work loading and health. In the fourth hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between work loading and turnover. In the fifth hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between job stress and turnover. In the sixth hypotheses, we discuss the relationship between health and turnover.
In view of this, we used surveys to get literature review.The data analysis used the SPSS statistical software package to study the hypothesis, we conclude major results as follow:
(1) There are significant correlations between the work loading and job stress.
This means, when work loading is high, the job stress is high.
(2) There are significant correlations between thejob stress and health.
This means, when job stress is high, the health is bad.
(3) There are not significant correlations between thework loading and health.
This means, when work loading high or less, the health isnot affected.
(4) There are not significant correlations between the turnoverand work loading,job Stress,health.
This means, when work loading,job Stress high or less, when job stress high or less,when health good or bad, the turnover isnot affected.
