However, the constant updating or addition of manufacturing environments and equipment has made water, electricity and gas monitoring around the periphery a serious challenge. This research plans to use the self-developed APP monitoring program to connect internal abnormal point information (database) sent by the PLC through the company CIM interface, and provide USER for analysis and emergency treatment at the time of abnormal operation . Trying to use this design allows system engineers to more rapid response time to confirm the abnormal causes of the machine, early detection of anomalies, reduce plant financial losses and injury occurred.
