Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 106 === As user equipment become more popular, user equipment users are increasingly demanding mobile networks. For this reason, the 3rd generation partnership project has continuously upgraded the specifications of mobile networks from 1G, 2G, 3G to 4G. In order to be able to provide users can have better, faster and safer mobile networks.
Although the specifications of the mobile network are constantly advancing with the times, it is theoretically possible to provide a safer environment for users. However, the specifications of mobile networks are too complex, they are not easily accessible as traditional networks, making it difficult for information security experts to obtain a suitable security testing environment. Coupled with the increasingly complex mobile network protocols, the traditional fuzzing technology requires a lot of time and labor costs, making it harder to test the protocols for user equipment.
In order to solve the difficulty in testing the protocols of user equipment, this research proposes a fully automatic security testing system combining OpenAirInterface and recurrent neural network. Using OpenAirInterface to build a complete 4G mobile network, supplemented by recurrent neural network to automate learning and generate 4G user equipment fuzzing data. This research provides a more convenient environment for testing a large number of 4G user equipment.
