碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學系碩士班 === 106 === 　　The purpose of this study is to understand the life course of professional helpers who study and use physical experience as their method of treatment. According to the purpose of this research, this study introduces a narrative study suitable for presenting individual subjective experience as a research method, and adopts the “whole-content” and “category-content” analysis methods to analyze the research data. Through interview outline, review and narrative of the research participants, this article reveals the progress and context of “professional helping” learning experience. The study also explores how does physical experience therapy, different from the cognitive system, help healing individuals’ body and mind by discussing related documents. It is hoped that the awareness and insights of the somatic experience can be provided to establish a more holistic horizon for those who one-sidedly focused on the psychological work.
