Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學系碩士班 === 106 === The Student Guidance Law (Act) was promulgated in Republic of China, Taiwan in 2014. It was expected that psychological counselors and social workers enter campuses to provide more professional assistance for adolescents, their families and school counseling service in a timely manner .It was also expected that the three-level counseling work could be more complete and perfect.
The researcher is a national vocational guidance counselor, who found that some limitations in her professional counseling. and wants to explore the professional cooperation experiences between the senior high school counselors, psychological counselors and social workers. to understand the current situation of the cooperation, the impact of cross-professional cooperation on school counseling works, and the expectations and suggestions of the cross-professional cooperation experiences from professional counselors in private senior high school.
The qualitative research with semi-structured depth in interview was used in the study. The intewievees were five counselor teachers form private senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taichung, With theme analysis, collecting interviewees’ opinions, to find the results;
1.The current situation of school counseling:
(a)Counselor teachers have different degrees and experiences.
(b)The different degrees and experience can help different counseling works.
(c)The responsible business of the counselor teachers are including - administrative work, teaching work, counseling work.
(d)Every counselor teacher has different responsible business.
(e)The most time-consuming work is individual consultation and counseling.
(f)The number of school counseling staff members depending on the number of classes.
(g)The Student Guidance Law and the Three-level counseling should be followed by every school.
2.The situation. of cross-professional cooperation:
(a)Counselor teachers, psychological counselors and social workers work together, and the work can be divided into direct and indirect cooperation.
(b)The type of seeking assistance cases:
1.The assistance cases who need the psychological counselor helps are multiple and complex.
2.The assistance case who need social worker help belong to statutory notification.
(c)Counselor teachers and psychological counselors have a fixed time, and it can be more flexible with social workers.
(d)When counselor teachers, psychological counselors and social workers work together, they can play their own profession.
(e)The mode of communication will depend on the situation and timeliness of the case.
(1)We can use telephone interview, e-mail, line, and talking face to face to communicate.
(f)The result of cooperation with psychological counselors is mostly affirmative and positive.
3.The advantages of cross-professional cooperation:
(a)The advantages of cooperation with psychological counselors
(1)It can reduce the workload and the pressure of counselor teachers.
(2)It can promote the counselor teachers to enhance their own counseling expertise.
(3)It can promote parents willing to work with the counselor teachers in school.
(4)The professional trust will be increased.

1.The case can’t be accepted for not meeting the line of the law.
2.It is hard to get the synchronized communication with social workers and its also hard to understand the disposal measures.

1.Social workers will have to ask the counselor teachers to take the student to the police station.
