Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 企業管理學系管理科學碩博士班 === 106 ===   The purpose of the research was to explore the relationship between transformational leadership, teaching training, organizational support and teaching efficacy. In addition, the study examined the mediating effect of teaching training on transformational leadership and teaching efficacy among Mongolian university teachers in Mongolia. The study also investigated the moderating effects of organizational support on transformational leadership and teaching efficacy. Moreover, this study asserted transformational leadership has effective influence on teaching efficacy. The study uses questionnaire with 36 questions which handled to both on the internet and through hardcopy to Mongolian universities. Accordingly, 250 valid responses are gathered. The findings of the research result are as follows: (1) both the transformational leadership and teaching training have a positive influence on the teaching efficacy; (2) organizational support is not moderator effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and teaching efficacy; (3) the teaching training is a partially mediator on the relationship between transformational leadership and teaching efficacy.
