Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 幼兒教育學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the "Kindergarten education service staff practice Kindergarten education activities curriculum syllabus attitude" to the self-questionnaire as a research tool, the object of study is to serve in New Taipei City, the service personnel, a total of 498 people, Collecting data using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation and other statistical methods for data processing. According to the analysis results, the following conclusions are drawn:
First, the insured service staff in the implementation of kindergarten teaching activities in the syllabus attitude, cognitive, emotional, practical and overall are upper-middle level, indicating that the education service staff to implement the new class attitude (including cognitive, emotional, and Behavioral practices) tend to be positive.
Second, service practitioners serving urban areas have more positive attitudes toward the practice of implementing the syllabus for kindergarten education and teaching activities than those for township and town areas.
Third, service personnel over the age of 41 insured in practice, and overall more positive than the 31-40-year-old positive.
Fourth, the group leader in practice, and overall more positive than the assistant insurer.
Fifth, service years in less than 10 years, 11 years - 20 years and more than 31 years insured service staff in practice, and overall service above 21 years - 30 years.
Sixth, the service personnel serving the public kindergarten have a higher overall attitude in practicing the new curriculum than the service personnel serving the private kindergarten.
Seven, in the new class practice and the overall implementation of the attitude,enrolled junior college education (Department of Pedagogy) and the Institute of Education Department Education background Higher education service personnel than college kindergarten (Paul) graduates.
Eight, different learning new course hours, there are still 15.5% of the education service staff did not participate in the new course study. Students who did not participate in the new lesson plan education service personnel did not show positive attitude in practice and overall attitude.
