碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系亞太研究碩士班 === 106 === 　　In 2008, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture in the PRC jointly issued the “Notice on Pilot Work of Agricultural-Supermarket Jointing”, and arrange the specific work. The essence of “Agricultural-Supermarket Jointing” is to link the agricultural industry to supermarkets for integrating production and sales. 　　The pilot work has demonstrated that the “Agricultural-Supermarket Jointing” is effective in reducing circulation links, improving the quality and safety of agricultural products, and increasing farmers' income. However, many shortcomings of the “cooperatives” have been found such as: too small scale, insufficient funds, etc. According to the analysis of the organization and operation of the Japan Agricultural Cooperatives and the U.S. Agricultural Cooperatives, the Chinese farmers' professional cooperatives should start with the three aspects: service content, organizational adjustment, and governmental support.
