However, since protecting the homeland is the heavy responsibility of our military personnel, all the armed forces stationed outside the island and are carrying out the rotation of work to maintain their fighting power. The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between job rotation and job satisfaction and organizational identity of military and non-commissioned officers. Secondly, to explore the impact of job satisfaction and organizational identity on the willingness to stay in camp. Therefore, this study deduces that using job rotation as independent variable , Explore the military and noncommissioned officers for job satisfaction and organizational identity of the association; in-depth study of whether the rotation will affect the satisfaction and organizational identity, job satisfaction will positively affect the willingness to stay, organizational identity will be positively affected Business ambitions and job satisfaction and organizational identity have the effect of mediating the relationship between work rotation and camp intention, and take questionnaire survey methods, access to information and data SPSS software after the convergence, through the letter, validity and related analysis to verify Research hypothesis In this study, questionnaires were surveyed and 377 valid questionnaires were sent out to the air force and non-commissioned officers. The obtained information was summarized and SPSS software was used to collect the results. The research hypothesis was verified through the reliability, validity and correlation analysis. The results showed that: 1. the job rotation, job satisfaction, organizational identity and retention intention of the total scale and each direction of the letter, the validity is good, the scale items have internal consistency. 2. job rotation, job satisfaction, organizational identity and retention intention are significantly related. (Job rotation and job satisfaction and organizational identity were negatively correlated, job satisfaction and organizational identity were positively correlated with the intention to stay camp, respectively) In the end, the author makes specific conclusions and management implications according to the results of the research, and puts forward relevant suggestions on follow-up research objects, tools and variables so as to enhance the willingness to stay in camp and reduce the troop withdrawal so that the units operate smoothly.
