碩士 === 國防大學 === 財務管理學系 === 106 === Future changes in the cash flow trend of the Volunteer Soldiers are mainly related to Retirement pension fund of current and non-active staff. In recent years, the number of volunteer soldiers has been on the rise. The proportion of the total number of the national army continues to rise. The impact on Retirement pension fund should not be ignored . In this study, we use system dynamics to explore the factors that affect the cash flow of volunteer soldiers and to find out the causal interaction between the factors, and construct the dynamic model of the cash flow system of the volunteer soldiers to Retirement pension fund to identify the key variables, Simulation and quantitative analysis of the system behavior and trend changes, and put forward policy recommendations to improve the system of voluntary surrender of soldiers. The systematic dynamic model of the results and development of this study can serve as a reference for the relevant decision-making units to formulate relevant policies on volunteer soldiers and Retirement pension fund.
