Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 106 === In recent years, ROC armed forces are dedicated to plan cloud service which fits features of its organization and missions in order to execute the government policy to promote cloud calculation, which mainly focuses on development of the cloud service framework with no geological limits. Benefitted from the advanced information technology, the cloud service development can not only elevate work efficiency but also relieve work loading on personnel. Although establishing cloud service may be of immense benefit to the armed forces, there remain some inevitable risks in perspective of information security. Therefore, this study is mainly focused on assessment of the most optimum balance between safety and convenience bought by the cloud service. Contrary to the premise that, in ROC armed forces, existing information systems were mostly built with cloud computing technology, such as micro data center or information data center, this study proposed the use of fog computing technology and conducted security evaluation by Delphi Method, which is carried out by surveying on practical experiences of the professionals, analyzing the surveying data, and further assessing the feasibility to incorporate the fog computing technology into existing information environment of the armed forces. In the end of this study, analysis results were categorized into 4 risk evaluation areas further detailed into 26 items, demonstrated the hierarchical structure relation among the items, and finally applied Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Expert Choice software to determine the proportional factor for each risk evaluation areas and items. These proportional factors could serve as an important reference in building and managing the next generation information environment.
